Our Standard Process

A thorough assessment of your existing career documentation and any other relevant content, such as a completed questionnaire or job descriptions.
Collaboration with you via a 45-60 minute phone/virtual consultation to clarify and/or draw out additional career history information and other key insights*.
Provision of career branding briefs, resumes and other career-branded content and collateral that is professionally presented and keyword optimised.
The opportunity to review and amend your new career documentation (generally via email) – two rounds of revisions within a 14-day period after they are delivered**.
Provision of written tips on interviewing and job-seeking techniques, as well as ways to adapt your collateral and take full advantage of LinkedIn (as appropriate).

*Two deep-dive consultations if the project includes an initial career branding strategy session.
**Standard career brand project timeframe from commencement to completion is 1-2 weeks
